A solution of the intermediate from Step D in DCM/TFA (1/1, 2 ml) was stirred for 12 hours at RT. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure and the crude reaction mixture was purified by column chromatography (DCM/MeOH: 95/5). The title compound was obtained as a slightly brown solid.
