Procedure
In analogy to the procedure described in Example 47 b), 5-cyclopropyl-6-cyclopropylmethoxy-pyridine-2-carboxylic acid (Example 3 c, 50 mg, 214 μmol) was reacted with (2S,4R)-4-fluoropyrrolidine-2-carboxamide hydrochloride (CAN 796884-06-5, 39.8 mg, 236 μmol) to obtain the title compound (54 mg, 73%) as white solid; LC-MS (UV peak area, ESI) 100%, 348.1727 [MH+].
