This compound was prepared according to the procedure described for the synthesis of 3-(3-((2-(4-((3-(trifluoromethyl)benzyl)carbamoyl)pyridin-2-yl)-4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)-phenyl)carbamoyl)benzylthio)propanoic acid 32, using isobutanol in place of trifluoroethanol. 1H-NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6, ppm): δ 12.44 (s, 1H), 9.56 (m, 1H), 8.97 (m, 1H), 8.36 (m, 2H), 7.87-7.52 (m, 10H), 7.16 (m, 1H), 4.63 (d, 2H), 3.87 (m, 4H), 2.59 (m, 2H), 2.06 (m, 2H), 1.03 (m, 6H). MS (ES, m/z): 666 [M+H]+.
