Reaction Steps

5-Methyl-2-sulfanyl-pyridine-3-carbonitrile (0.2 g, 1.3 mmol) and 2-bromopropane were reacted in the same manner as in Step A of Preparation Example 5 to obtain the title compound (0.18 g, 70%).
