Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in an analogous fashion to that described in Stage 65.1 using 6-Chloro-5-iodo-3-pyridinecarboxylic acid and 4-(chlorodifluoromethoxy)aniline to afford a beige solid. UPLC-MS (Condition 2) tR=1.25 min, m/z=459.0/460.7/462.1 [M+H]+.
