To a solution of Intermediate 54a (470 mg, 1.88 mmol) and Et3N (390 μL, 2.82 mmol) in DCM (5 mL) was added triisopropylsilyltrifluoromethane sulfonate (607 μL, 2.26 mmol) and the mixture stirred at RT for 0.5 h. The mixture was washed with sat. aq. NaHCO3 solution, dried and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by FCC, using 0-100% EtOAc in cyclohexane, then 10% MeOH in EtOAc, to give the title compound as a pale yellow solid (565 mg, 74%). LCMS (Method 3): Rt 5.21 min, m/z 407 [MH+].
