A solution of Intermediate 149a (200 mg, 0.32 mmol) and DIPEA (164 μL, 0.95 mmol) in DCM (4 mL) was treated with methanesulfonyl chloride (32 μL, 0.41 mmol) and the reaction mixture was stirred at RT for 0.5 h. The mixture was diluted with DCM (5 mL) and washed with water (10 mL) and brine (10 mL). The layers were separated and the organic layer was passed through a phase separator and concentrated in vacuo to afford the title compound as a pale yellow solid (208 mg, 92%). LCMS (Method 3): Rt 3.02 min, in/z 713 [MH+].
