A mixture of Intermediate 81d (319 mg, 0.85 mmol), Intermediate 29c (335 mg, 0.85 mmol) and DIPEA (294 μL, 1.69 mmol) in dioxane (10 mL) was stirred at 80° C. for 18 hours. After cooling, the reaction mixture was partitioned between water and DCM. The aqueous phase was extracted with EtOAc (×3) and the combined organic layers were washed with brine, dried (MgSO4) and concentrated in vacuo. The resulting residue was purified by FCC on silica, using a gradient of 0-10% MeOH in DCM, to afford the title compound (362 mg, 66%). LCMS (Method 4): Rt 3.29 min, m/z 649 [MH+].
