实验过程

To an ice-bath cooled solution of Intermediate 167a (316 mg, 0.49 mmol) in DCM (5.0 mL) was added DIPEA (339 μL, 1.95 mmol) followed by methanesulfonyl chloride (76 μL, 0.97 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred for 3 h and then quenched with water. The aqueous phase was extracted with DCM (×3) and the combined organic layers were washed with brine, dried (MgSO4) and concentrated in vacuo to afford the title compound (Quantitative, assumed 0.49 mmol). The isolated product was used in the following step without further purification. LCMS (Method 4): Rt 3.61 min, m/z 727 [MH+].
