A solution of tert-butyl (4-(4-((3-(3,3-dimethyl-2-oxopyrrolidin-1-yl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)carbamoyl)-1,3-oxazol-2-yl)pyridin-2-yl)(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)carbamate (280 mg) and 4M hydrogen chloride ethyl acetate solution (4.0 mL) in methanol (1.0 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 3 hr. The reaction mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate (3.0 mL), and the precipitated solid was collected by filtration, washed with ethyl acetate, and dried under reduced pressure to give the title compound (195 mg).
