tert-Butyl 3-(4-((tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino)-1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-2-oxoimidazolidine-1-carboxylate (7.61 g) was dissolved in 2M hydrogen chloride methanol solution (50 mL), and the mixture was stirred at 60° C. for 3 hr. The reaction mixture was ice-cooled, ethyl acetate (50 mL) was added thereto, and the precipitate was collected by filtration, and dried under reduced pressure to give the title compound (4.15 g).
