The mixture of compound 16 (0.5 g, 1 mmol), Dichloro(diphenylphosphinoferrocene)palladium (78.7 mg, 0.108 mmol), dicyanozinc (0.505 g, 4.3 mmol) and triethyl amine (0.6 mL, 4.3 mmol) in dioxane (10 mL) under nitrogen atmosphere was irradiated for 1 h in a microwave reactor at 125° C. The resulting mixture was allowed to cool down to room temperature then filtered over dicalite. The filtrate was evaporated to dryness. The pεσιδνε was purified by column chromatography using EtOAc/MeOH 8-2. The title compound 27 was isolated as a white solid (200 mg, 45%). m/z=402 (M+H)+.
