Procedure
The product from Example 46A (0.067 g, 0.15 mmol) and 4 M hydrogen chloride in dioxane (5 mL, 20.00 mmol) were combined and heated at 70° C. for 24 hours, cooled and concentrated Purification by reverse phase chromatography (C18, CH3CN/water (0.1% TFA), 10-100%) afforded the title compound (0.01 g, 15%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 10.97 (d, J=5.19 Hz, 1H) 7.80 (d, J=8.54 Hz, 2H) 7.45-7.61 (m, 5H) 6.87-6.95 (m, 1H) 6.54 (d, J=8.85 Hz, 1H) 6.48-6.53 (m, 1H) 6.23 (d, J=6.71 Hz, 1H) 4.48 (d, J=6.10 Hz, 2H) 4.14 (s, 3H) 3.07 (s, 3H). MS (ESI+) m/z 433 (M+H)+.
