Reaction Steps

A solution of Example 187E (335 mg, 0.647 mmol), 4M hydrogen chloride in dioxane (2.0 mL, 8.00 mmol) and dioxane (10 mL) was stirred at 75° C. for 4 hours. The reaction mixture was cooled to ambient temperature and was concentrated to dryness. The residue was dried (in-vacuo) to provide 315 mg (97%) of the title compound.
