The title compound was made in a similar way as that of the compound of example 1, using 3-(bromomethyl)-4-(3-fluorophenyl)-1H-isochromen-1-one (intermediate C4, 50 mg, 0.150 mmol), commercially available 9H-purin-6-amine (40.6 mg, 0.300 mmol) and K2CO3 (41.5 mg, 0.300 mmol) to give the title compound (36.4 mg, 62.6%) as a colourless solid.
