The title compound was made in a similar way as that of the compound of example 10, 3-(bromomethyl)-4-m-tolyl-1H-isochromen-1-one (intermediate C3, 64 mg, 0.194 mmol), 9H-purine-6-thiol hydrate (33 mg, 0.194 mmol) and K2CO3 (27 mg, 0.111 mmol) to give the title compound (64 mg, 82%).
