Using the same procedure as described in Example 2B, 3-(tert-butoxylcarbonyl)-6-isothiocyanato-3-aza-bicyclo[3.1.0]hexane (23.4 mmol, prepared in 1A) and 2-amino-2-allyl-3-pyridin-4-yl-propionic acid methyl ester (11.6 mmol) were reacted to afford the title compound of 30A (4.37 g, 10.2 mmol, 88% yield).
