Procedure

To a solution of the title compound of 40B (100 mg, 0.20 mmol) and (1-phenyl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl chloride (50 mg, 0.30 mmol) in CH3CN (1 ml) was added K2CO3 (0.08 9, 0.06 mmol). The mixture was stirred overnight. After removal of CH3CN, the reaction mixture was partitioned between CH2Cl2 and H2O. After separation, the organic layer was washed with brine, dried over Na2SO4 and concentrated. The crude product was chromatographed on silica gel with MeOH—CHCl3—NH4OH (1:99:0.1) as eluents to afford the title compound as a white solid, 5 mg (0.077 mmol, 4% yield).
