Compound 8 (4.6 g, 13.8 mmol) was suspended in 150 mL of tetrahydrofuran, 3.6 mL of morpholine was added dropwise and reacted for 5 hours at room temperature. 3.9 g of solid was obtained by filteration, and the filtrate was separated through a column chromatography with dichloromethane to give 1.1 g of yellow compound 9a (94.3%). m.p. 296-300° C. 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ 8.45 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 2H), 8.29 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 2H), 8.14 (d, J=1.3 Hz, 1H), 7.23 (d, J=1.3 Hz, 1H), 4.17 (t, J=4.8 Hz, 4H), 3.91 (t, J=4.8 Hz, 7H). LC-MS: 384 (M+1).
