The title compound was synthesized in the manner of Example 13 from 2,2,2-trichloro-1-{10-[(2,2′-dimethyl-1,1′-biphenyl-4-yl)carbonyl]-10,11-dihydro-5H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepin-3-yl}ethanone of Example 6 and 1-methyl-3-phenylpropylamine, m.p. 152-154° C. MS [(+)ESI, m/z]: 566 [M+H]+ Anal. Calcd for C36H37N3O2: C, 80.39; H, 6.57; N, 7.40. Found: C, 80.27; H, 6.70; N, 7.27.
