To (S)-tert-butyl 4-(5-((R)-2-(2-chloro-5-fluorophenyl)pyrrolidin-1-yl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-3-ylcarbamoyl)-2-methylpiperazine-1-carboxylate (Example 24; 47 mg, 0.084 mmol), was added 1 mL 4 N HCl (dioxane) solution and stirred at ambient temperature for 10 minutes. The reaction was concentrated, treated with ether, and filtered, giving the final product HCl salt as a fine beige powder. MS (apci) m/z=458.1 (M+H).
