A mixture of 20% sodium hydroxide (5 ml) and the compound of Example 99 (1.0 g, 2.52 mmol) in 10 ml ethanol was heated at 100° C. for 3 h. The mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate (100 ml) and the organic layer was washed with water (50 ml) and brine (25 ml). The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by column chromatography over silica gel to afford the product in 73% yield (0.65 g). LC-MS (ESI): Calculated mass: 355.4; Observed mass: 356.3 [M+H]+ (rt: 0.49 min).
