4-{[1-(5-chloro-2-methoxy-benzenesulfonyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-4-oxa-1,5-diaza-naphthalene-7-carbonyl]-amino}-benzoic acid tert-butyl ester (27 mg, 48 μmol) was dissolved in hydrogen chloride solution (4 M in 1,4-dioxane, 1.0 mL) and stirred at room temperature for 4 days, then the precipitate was collected by filtration and washed with ethyl acetate to produce the title compound (21 mg, 86%). White solid, MS (ISP)=502.0 (M−H)−.
