In the same manner as in Example 18 and using 2-bromo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-N-(2-hydroxy4-methylphenyl)-benzo[b]thiophene-3-carboxamide (5.8 g), dimethyl sulfoxide (80 ml) and potassium carbonate (4.7 g), 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-8-methyl[1]benzothieno[2,3-b][1,5]benzoxazepin-12(11H)-one (1.87 g) was obtained.
