0.87 mmol of triethylamine and 0.87 mmol of 4-piperidino-piperidine are added, under an argon atmosphere, to a solution of 0.56 mmol of the compound of Example 23 in 20 ml of anhydrous dichloromethane. After 2 hours, 20 ml of water are added to the reaction mixture. After extraction with dichloromethane, washing, drying, filtration, and concentration of the organic phases under reduced pressure, chromatography on silica gel (dichloromethane, methanol: 95/5) enables the expected product to be isolated.
