Reaction Steps
11.4 ml of phenyl chloroformate are added slowly to a solution of 12.7 g of 5-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-(4-hydroxypiperidino)pyrimidine (Example 4) in 50 ml of pyridine, cooled to 5° C. After the addition has ended, the mixture is heated at 60° C. for 3 hours.
