2.6 g of 6-[4-(2-amino-2-methylpropylamino)-phenyl]-4,5-dihydro-3(2H)-pyridazinone and 1.5 g of 1-(2-cyanophenoxy)-2,3-epoxypropane obtained in Example 1, (3) were dissolved in 20 ml of isopropanol, and heated with stirring for 24 hours. The solution was then worked up in the same way as in Example 1, (5). Recrystallization from dichloromethane-ether gave 2.93 g of 6-[4-[2-[3-(2-cyanophenoxy)-2-hydroxypropylamino]-2-methylpropyl-amino]phenyl]-4,5-dihydro-3(2H)-pyridazinone.
