Procedure

2.50 g of the 1-tert.-butyl-3-(2,4-diisopropyl-3-thienyl)thiourea obtained according to Example 2 and 2.60 g of 2-chloro-1-methylpyridinium iodide are introduced into 25 ml of acetonitrile and, at room temperature, a solution of 1.90 g of triethylamine in 12 ml of acetonitrile is added. The reaction mixture is then stirred for 2 hours at approximately +45° C. After evaporation of the solvent, the residue is taken up in hexane/water. The separated organic phase is dried over magnesium sulfate and the solvent is removed in vacuo. The crude product is purified by column chromatography on silica gel (eluant: ethyl acetate/hexane-1:20). The title compound of formula ##STR13## is obtained in the form of a colourless oil, nD23 =1.5249 (compound No. 4.01).
