Reaction Steps

A solution of the compound obtained in example 2 (692 mg, 1.29 mmol) in acetonitrile (1 mL) and ethyl iodide (1 mL) was heated at 70° C. for three days. The solution was concentrated in vacuo, the residue was dissolved in dichloromethane and precipitated with ether. The solid was filtered and dried to yield the desired compound as a yellowish powder (693 mg, 77%).
