Procedure

A mixture of (7S)-2-chloro-6,8-dihydrospiro[cyclopenta[g]quinoline-7,3′-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin]-2′(1′H)-one (35 mg, 0.109 mmol, described in Intermediate 21) and indoline (324 mg, 2.72 mmol) in CH3 CN (1 mL) was heated at 200° C. in a microwave reactor for 10 min. The mixture was cooled to ambient temperature and the precipitate was isolated by filtration, washed with H2O, and dried to give the title compound. MS: m/z=405 (M+1). HRMS: m/z=405.1715; calculated m/z=405.1710 for C26H21N4O.
