The title compound was prepared in the same manner described for 5-(4-amino-3-fluorophenoxy)-N-methylnicotinamide, substituting 5-(4-amino-2-fluorophenoxy)-nicotinic acid methyl ester for 5-(4-amino-3-fluorophenoxy)nicotinic acid methyl ester. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) 67.80 (d, J=1.8 Hz, 1H), 7.53 (d, J=2.7 Hz, 1H), 6.83 to 6.81 (m, 1H), 6.15 (t, J=8.7 Hz, 1H), 5.78 to 5.67 (m, 2H), 4.07 (s, 3H), 2.07 (s, 3H).
