Prepared as in Example 10-65 from 4-(1-((3,5-dimethylisoxazol-4-yl)methyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1,2-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazolidine-3,5-dione (example 10-69) and benzyl bromide. Yield: 69%. 1H NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz): δ2.14 (s, 3H), 2.36 (s, 3H), 4.65 (s, 4H), 4.99 (s, 2H), 7.06-7.08 (m, 4H), 7.19-7.25 (m, 6H), 7.86 (s, 1H), 8.02 (s, 1H). The title compound was shown to inhibit hT2R08 bitter receptor and had an IC50 of 0.8 μM.
