PROCEDURE

实验过程

To a solution of the product of step 3 (280 mg, 1.068 mmoles) in DMF (2 ml), cesium carbonate (1.0 gm, 3.2 mmoles), 4-trifluoromethyl benzylbromide (510 mg, 2.13 mmoles were added and the reaction mixture was stirred at 25° C. for 2 hours. The reaction mixture was poured into ice cold water and extracted with ethyl acetate. The combined ethyl acetate extract was washed with water & brine, dried over sodium sulphate and evaporated under reduced pressure, The crude product was purified by column chromatography using 15% EtOAC in hexane as eluent to yield 350 mg (56%) of product as solid.
