A solution of 2-(4-[1,4]diazepan-1-yl-3-methoxy-phenyl)-6-hydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2H-isoquinolin-1-one (193 mg) and isobutylene oxide (300 mg) in NMP (0.8 mL) was stirred at 65° C. for 16 h. The reaction mixture was purified by preparative HPLC. In this way the product was obtained with molecular weight 439.56 (C25H33N3O4); MS (ESI): 440 (M+H+).
