Reaction Steps

According to methods E and F, 1,2-Difluoro-4-nitro-benzene was reacted with 2,6-Diaza-spiro[3.4]octane-2-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester and hydrogenated. The product with the molecular weight of 321, 40 (C17H24FN3O2) was obtained in this way; MS (ESI): 322 (M+H+).
