7-(Ethoxymethoxy)-N-(3-methyl-1-((6-methylpyridin-2-yl)methyl)-1H-indazol-4-yl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-3-carboxamide (11.2 mg, 0.02 mmol) was dissolved in dichloromethane (0.9 mL) and treated with trifluoroacetic acid (0.1 mL). The mixture was stirred at ambient temperature for 2 hours. The mixture was concentrated and dried under high vacuum to give 7-hydroxy-N-(3-methyl-1-((6-methylpyridin-2-yl)methyl)-1H-indazol-4-yl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-3-carboxamide (8 mg). MS m/z 413.2 (M+1, APCI+).
