Reaction Steps

A slurry of benzyl ((2R,3S)-2-((3-methyl-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)methyl)-4-oxoazetidin-3-yl)carbamate (250 mg, 0.79 mmol) and Pd on C (10%, 100 mg) in MeOH (20 mL) was evacuated and backfilled with H2 (3×), bringing the final pressure to 35 psi. After 2 h of stirring the mixture was filtered over celite, washing with MeOH and the filtrate was concentrated in vacuo. The crude residue was used as such in the following step.
