To a solution of the product of Step D (0.25 g, 0.61 mmol) in anhydrous THF (5 ml) 60% NaH in mineral oil (0.03 g, 0.75 mmol) was added at 0° C. and the mixture was stirred for 2 h. To it MeI (0.23 ml) was added and the resulting mixture was stirred for additional 3 h. The mixture was passed trough Celite bead and washed with CH2Cl2 (10 ml). The combined filtrates were evaporated to dryness to give the title product (0.22 g; 85.3%). 1H-NMR (CDCl3) 1.36 (d, 6H, J=6 Hz); 1.75 (s, 6H); 2.04 (s, 3H); 2.09 (s, 6H); 2.8 (tr, 2H, J=7.7 Hz); 2.96 (s, 3H); 3.59 (tr, 2H, J=6.02 Hz); 4.58-4.63 (m, 1H); 6.76 (d, 1H, J=8.32 Hz); 6.91-7.01 (m, 2H).
