Sodium tert-butyl 1-methyl-2-{[(2SR,5RS)-7-oxo-6-(sulfooxy)-1,6-diazabicyclo[3.2.1]oct-2-yl]carbonyl}hydrazinecarboxylate (100 mg, 0.24 mmol) of Example 18 was deprotected with trifluoroacetic acid, and purified by octadecyl silica gel column chromatography to afford 41 mg of the title compound (yield 58%).
