A solution of Intermediate 74i (134 mg, 0.16 mmol) in DCM (1.6 mL) was treated with DIPEA (83 μL, 0.48 mmol) then cooled to 0° C. Methanesulfonyl chloride was added and the mixture was stirred at 0° C. for 5 min then at RT for 1 h. The mixture was diluted with DCM and a saturated aqueous sodium bicarbonate solution and the phases were separated. The aqueous layer was then extracted with DCM (2×). The combined organic layers were washed with a saturated aqueous sodium bicarbonate solution and brine, dried (Na2SO4), filtered and evaporated in vacuo. The residue was purified by FCC, using 0-8% MeOH in DCM, to give the title compound (107 mg, 73%). LCMS (Method 3): Rt 5.06 min, m/z 917.4 [MH+].
