Reaction Steps
The title compound (D80) (50 mg) was prepared according to the general procedure for substituted benzyl amines preparation starting from (R)-methyl 2-methylpyrrolidine-2-carboxylate hydrochloride (D50) (60 mg) and 4-(Trifluoromethyl)benzyl bromide (0.126 ml). (Na2CO3: 4 eq; reaction time 18 hrs; 68° C.)
