Procedure
To tert-butyl(1-(1-hydroxy-2-methylpropan-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)carbamate (3.4 g) obtained in Step A of Example 114 were added successively triethylamine (2.4 mL) and methanesulfonyl chloride (1.2 mL) in an ice bath, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hr. To the reaction mixture was added water, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The obtained organic layer was washed with saturated brine, and dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure to give the crude title compound (2.2 g).
