Reaction Steps

To tert-butyl 4-((4-((3R)-3-cyano-3-ethyl-2-oxopyrrolidin-1-yl)pyrimidin-2-yl)amino)-2-ethoxybenzoate (120 mg) obtained in Step A of Example 250 was added a solution of 4 M hydrogen chloride in ethyl acetate (6.0 mL), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hr. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was washed with ethyl acetate to give the title compound (90 mg).
