To tert-butyl 4-((4-((3S)-3-cyano-3-isopropyl-2-oxopyrrolidin-1-yl)pyrimidin-2-yl)amino)-2-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxyl)benzoate (120 mg) obtained in Step A of Example 292 was added dropwise a solution of 4 M hydrogen chloride in ethyl acetate (6.0 mL), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hr. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure, and the residue was washed with ethyl acetate to give the title compound (71 mg).
