The title compound is prepared in 71% yield (130 mg, brown solid) from 4-chloro-2-((4-methyl-5-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyridin-2-yl)methyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyridin-1-one (150 mg, 0.40 mmol, Intermediate-74) and phenyl formate (99 mg, 0.81 mmol) in a similar manner to Intermediate-91.
