Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 65% yield (1.50 g, colorless oil) from 1-(5-methyl-6-(3,3,3-trifluoropropoxy)pyridin-3-yl)ethanone (1.63 g, 6.59 mmol, Step-4) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
