Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 76% yield (2.67 g, white solid) from 1-(6-(4-fluorophenoxy)-5-methylpyridin-3-yl)ethanone (2.47 g, 10.1 mmol, Step-4) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (1.83 g, 15.1 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
