Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 79% yield (1.27 g, colorless amorphous) from 1-(6-(3-fluorophenoxy)-5-methylpyridin-3-yl)ethanone (1.13 g, 4.61 mmol, Step-4) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (838 mg, 6.91 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
