Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 73% yield (1.67 g, colorless amorphous) from 1-(5-methyl-6-((6-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-3-yl)oxy)pyridin-3-yl)ethanone (1.69 g, 5.70 mmol, Step-4) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (1.04 g, 8.56 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
