Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared in 74% yield (2.82 g, white solid) from 1-(6-((4-fluorophenyl)thio)-5-methylpyridin-3-yl)ethanone (2.71 g, 10.4 mmol, Step-4) and (R)-2-methylpropane-2-sulfinamide (1.89 g, 15.6 mmol) in a similar manner to Step-4 of Amine-1.
